We are currently in our testing phase for allowing existing clients to request an appointment online with their provider.
For Clare Haag-Holahan's existing Clients only: See Below for how to request or reschedule an appointment with her.
Step One: Click on Patient Portal Link. It will take you to page pictured below. Click on button "I'm an existing client."
Step Two: Your home page will look like the screen pictured below. Click on "Appointments" tab listed at top of the page.
Step 3: Follow the prompts on the Appointments Page to select your day, time and location (virtual or in-person)
